Dear friends and colleagues,

It is a great pleasure and honor for us to announce the next Annual Meeting with The Swedish Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery (SFRM) that will be held in Stockholm November 9^th-10^th 2023. The meeting will be focused on sarcoma reconstruction, a field where reconstructive plastic surgery has paramount impact on multidisciplinary cancer treatment from head to toe.  Creativity and back-up solutions with a broad toolbox are mandatory qualifications whenever we join these cases. In fact, we enable large tumor resections only when other surgical specialities can rely on our capability to restore and rebuild after their resection. This is why they call us ”the surgeon´s surgeon”.
